Refund policy

Due to the fact, the bourbon balls are a perishable product, we do not accept returns. We package all our bourbon balls with a protective candy pad, to prevent them from becoming damaged or misshapen during transit. During the summer months, we use polar ice packs to keep chocolates cool and recommend you choose UPS Next Day Air/UPS Next Day Air Saver, depending upon the location you will be shipping to.  Once the bourbon balls leave our facility, Bootleg Bourbon Balls cannot guarantee the package may not become damaged or that some of the toppings we use on the bourbon balls, do not come off during transit.

* Since we use nuts and cherries in our products, there may be small pieces of nut shell or a cherry pit in the bourbon ball, which may have been missed during production.  We take every precaution to avoid this happening.

We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect shipping information or your choice of shipping option, at the time your order is placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your shipment, please call UPS Customer Service at (800) 742-5877 and provide them with your tracking number.
